Is there a free trial?
Yes — 60 days in the Frizer app, with no credit card. You get full access. The trial starts when you sign up in the app, not when you open this website.
What happens after the trial?
Log in here with the same account as the app and choose a plan. The app never opens checkout. After you pay, open the app again — it unlocks from your hairdresser account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime through Paddle (the receipt email or Paddle customer portal). No cancellation fee. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Do my customers need to pay anything?
No. The customer app is completely free. Only the hairdresser pays the subscription.
Which countries are supported?
Frizer is for the Balkans and beyond. Choose your country in the app and book locally.
